Transformer Constructure And Performance Brief Introduction:

Core: The core lamination made from high permeability silicon sheet is cutted on the GEORG-line imported from Germany. The core use 45°tilted. step-by-step lapped joint and colligating structure. The request for low no-load loss and low noise level is satisfied. By putting the vibration isolation pad between the active body and the oil tank, the vibration transmission from the core to the tank is effectively reduced.

Winding: Made from low resistivity oxygen-free copper, transformer windings are coiled on the horizontal winding machine or numerical control vertical winding machine with advanced axial and radial press device. By reasonable transposition of the parallel wire, transformer load loss is greatly reduced. Through the optimum of insulation structure, the ability of transformer withstanding overvoltage is improved. Optimizing the winding ampere turn distribution, increasing radial support and axial press, using the technology of preprocessing spacer, winding entire assembling and drying under constant press, the ability of withstanding short-circuit current shock is effectively increased.

Tank: Most tanks use the barrel or bell type structure. Transformers below 63000kVA use large corrugated tanks. Company adopts the technology of carbon dioxide protection, selects sealing material perfectly, machines the seal surface and carries on a strict leak detection procedure.  All these assure that the transformers are leak-free.  The new style radiators and coolers improve external appearance quality of transformers greatly.

Using the cold-weld connection technology of leading wire, the cleanliness of active body is improved greatly; The vacuum treatment and the vacuum oil injection technology measures reduce the partial discharge level effectively and enhance the transformer operating reliability.

The structure of "six direction to location" between the active body and the tank assures that the transformers have a strong ability of anti-transportation impact or anti-earthquake.

Surface treatment and coating: Fine processing to the oil tank surface, treatment of seven acidwashing and phosphorize, and use of special anti-fouling paint, all these assure that the surface coating does not fall off, the steel structure does not rust away.
